A Case of Medication Related Osteonecrosis of the Jaw Which Presented with the Chief Complaint of Nasal Stuffiness

Abstract
Medication related osteonecrosis of the jaw is a disease characterized by bone necrosis due to use of the antire- sorptive drugs. This case report presents with a patient who was referred to the secondary hospital with refracto- ry chronic sinusitis. With computed tomography scan, she was diagnosed as medication related osteonecrosis of the jaw complicated with maxillary sinusitis and treated successfully with combined functional endoscopic sinus surgery and sequestrectomy.
